The main door of the upper floor leads into a spacious double sitting-room, with the orignal open fire-place as well as satellite TV, piano and music center. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor: the first bedroom is very large and has a queen-sized bed. There is an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has twin beds that can easily become a double bed. A large bathroom serves these two bedrooms. All the rooms have ceiling fans.
The lower floor is lead to by an unguarded staircase that could be hazardous for the elderly and young children.
The lower floor has a large, well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave etc.) with a huge marble table that can seat 10 people. The kitchen opens to a terrace and a spacious dining room with an antique, long table that seats 12. The dining room opens to a vine covered terrace with views of Todi. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, each with en suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a hydro massage tub and a large tiled shower stall. The other has a washing machine in it.
All windows and doors have mosquito screens.
The garden is large and terraced with lawns and has been planted with lavender, rosemary, oleanders, olives and fruit trees. There is also a nice and rich vegetable garden for tenants' use.
The swimming pool is 15x7 meters and has a nice pergola covered terrace perfect for enjoying the breathtaking views of Umbrian landscape at sunset.
During the guests' stay Mirella, the friendly house keeper, will come twice a week to clean the house and look after any needs you may have.
Casa dell'Usignolo is accessed by a well maintained gravel road that ends at the house.
The rental fee is 3000 euros per week: 30% of which due upon booking and the rest must be paid 2 months prior to arrival. 5% of the total rent is the deposit fee for possible damages.
