The market towns of Citta di Castello and Umbertide are 15 and 20 kilometres away respectively and Perugia airport 50.
The property was totally restored about 15 years ago and has only been used for short bursts of time by the current owners so it's almost as good as new. There is no central heating but the house is small and flanked by other buildings so the stove on the upper floor and the open fireplace in the kitchen are sufficient unless the property is to be used in the colder winter months.
